Isolated but equipped with every comfort and immersed in our olive trees garden and surrounded by private woods enjoying quietness far from civilization without missing any comfort with a huge bathroom and sauna for a perfect relax, fireplace, BBQ, garden and a beautiful night sky. The space The place is located in Umbria, the green heart of Italy, one of the most beautiful and green regions in italy, with its mountains and hills, At 3 km from Montefranco and 15km from Terni and Spoleto it has a unique location near the Marmore waterfall in a panoramic position overlooking the “Valnerina Valley” and its majestic mountains, rivers and hills that can be enjoyed from our infinity pool. The villa is fenced on most sides while one is closed off by the thick woods so it tends to be perfect for animals. The pool is completely private and 5m x 3.70m Our home is set up to comfortably sleep 6, but with our flexible configuration, we can welcome up to 8 guests upon request. Please reach out. Guest access You can use almost anything in the house having access to the whole property and not having to share it with anyone! It will all be yours for the period of stay. Pets are welcome at a price of 25€ per pet. Barbecues are provided with charcoal for you to use. We also leave bundles of pre cut wood that can be used at a price of 10€ per bundle. Other things to note We also accept reservations through our official website. As the road is 2.50 meters wide we recommend a normal size car.
