Welcome Home to this top floor recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in the heart of Ventura. We are 1 mile from the beach and about 2 miles to downtown. Our midtown neighborhood has a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, salons, a grocery store and we are just one block from the brand new Ventura Music Hall. We are pet friendly and welcome well behaved, well trained DOGS upon request. This is a tri-plex property with your hosts living on-site. Permit #2301 The space Spacious unit with beautiful natural light and mountain views. The bedrooms each have queen size beds with luxurious sheets, plush pillows and fans. (This space is NOT suitable for 4 adults who are not planning to share the beds). Amenities include complimentary coffee and tea, free wi-fi, Roku streaming TV (we do not have cable television) and a DVD player. For additional fun, we have playing cards and dominos. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans and accessories to cook your favorite meal. We provide a citrus juicer to make fresh oj or delicious cocktails. There is a toaster and a coffee maker and a full sized refrigerator and freezer. We have a guidebook folder for ideas for local dining and adventures around town. We have provided 4 beach towels.
