The apartment is in a tourist complex located in the municipality of Parghelia, a short distance from Tropea. The complex, well-kept and surrounded by greenery, has a wonderful swimming pool with a breathtaking sea view. The complex is accessed from a private road that leads to the top of the hill overlooking the sea and Tropea. Stromboli and the Aeolian Islands frame the uniqueness of the landscape, and at sunset it seems to be immersed in a painting. The space The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen with a sofa (bed), a double bedroom and a large bathroom with a window and a shower. The kitchen has an internal paved courtyard, where you can have lunch during the hottest hours of the day, and a nice garden shaded by a pergola of bougainvillea and grapes, from which you can enjoy the spectacular view of Tropea, Stromboli and the sea, comfortably seated at the dining table. Guest access A car is required to reach the complex, as well as to reach the village and the nearest beach (Michelino). It is accessed via a private road, closed by gates.
