This two-story​ house has two bedrooms and two full bath upstairs. The back bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the treed yard. The third bedroom is a sunroom on the first floor that leads to the backyard. The family room is open with a bar into the kitchen. Washer/dryer are available. The treed and fenced backyard has a large deck. This older duplex home is in the Shadowlawn neighborhood and is minutes to the beach, VA Beach Convention Center, and public transportation. The space It is a great place for transitioning into the community. Stay here while you look for your permanent home, play at the beach, work in the area, and visit family. Use it to get away and relax. The third bedroom is an auxiliary room that leads to the backyard. It is equipped with a sofa bed with a regular mattress. Guest access The very large backyard has a walkway and a large deck. The backyard is shared with the other half of the duplex. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, no parties or loud noise is allowed. Other things to note READ ENTIRELY Check out is 11 am. There is a $30 late check-out fee for every 15 minutes past 11:00AM. The home is equipped with smart tv and Netflix. The coffee maker is a K cup. Unfortunately, water bugs are common near the oceanfront. A large part of Virginia Beach is reclaimed swamp land and the poor drainage keeps us battling these guys. We regularly have the house treated, causing any that get inside to hopefully die. *We ONLY communicate through Airbnb *If you have a complaint or anything less than a 5 star experience you must reach out and inform us prior to leaving a review. Let us make it right! *All info on checking in will be sent to you through message on AIRBNB. It will be sent on day of check-in just before check-in time. * $100 fee for any house rules broken *No Parties, Smoking (tobacco, Marijuana or vaping) or Pets *NO SMOKING/Vaping of any kind inside (there will be a $200 fee) **If you smoke outside, clean up all debris. NO outside guests or large gatherings outside of registered guests. *No unregistered Guests including those "just visiting" *An additional $50 cleaning fee will be applied for units that are beyond the normal clean up or if checkout is not followed. *Do not disturb other guests or enter other units. Quiet Hours 10 PM—8PM NO MAIL or Packages to be delivered. Long term stays can ship to a general PO Box. *No late checkouts, if 15 minutes or more late there will be at least a $30 charge. **If not checked out by 12:01 pm you will be charged an additional full nights stay and AIRBNB will be notified so they can take care of having you leave the property.
