Punakha Phuntshochoeling Heritage Homestay

My homestay is located 3 minutes walk from the famous Punakha suspension bridge and 10 minutes walk from the magnificent Dzong (fortress). It is a heritage homestay, our house had been passed down for over 4 generations and is over 130 years old. It is a traditional beautiful Bhutanese farm house. All our rooms have a mountains and the river. Come and experience the true Bhutanese farm house life, all our food is organic and grown within a stones throw away. The space The homestay is located in a valley by the river Pho Chu and is walking distance to the suspension bridge. We provide the traditional 'hot stone' bath which is a unique experience where we will use stones from the river bed and mountain herbs. We have a farm where we have homegrown rice and seasonal fruits and vegetables. We also provide fresh milk from our farm and brew local wine. We provide Bhutanese dishes at an additional cost. Other things to note The weather conditions in Punakha is quite pleasant for most of the year. Therefore there is no need for heater. During summer (june&july) it gets really warmer.
