This apartment is located inside the Tourist Village Tre Capitelli in a park in front of Lake Idro. The 35 sqm apartment is on the ground floor of a quadrifamily villa and consists of a living room with 2 comfortable single beds/sofa, kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, terrace overlooking the lake equipped with deckchairs, chairs, garden table and umbrella. The apartment is a few tens of meters from the lake. The space Directly overlooking Lake Idro the apartment is located within the Tre Capitelli Village which is immersed in a green park whose natural terraces gently descend towards the beach thus giving the apartments a magnificent view of the lake. The village is the ideal holiday for families and sports enthusiasts in contact with nature. Guest access The Village Tre Capitelli has internal services such as: tennis, table tennis, flying ball court, restaurant, market. From mid-June to early September also: windsurf school, wind-surf rental, sailboats, pedaloes and canoes. Other things to note The accommodation does not have sheets, towels, and toilet paper. Sheets can be rented at a cost of €15 per person by booking them before your arrival or you can bring your own from home. Bath and kitchen linen must be brought from home. We provide a roll of toilet paper upon arrival. If you bring the sheets from home, we remind you that the room with the double bed has a double duvet (not two single duvets). Mattress size: single 190 x 80, double 190 x 160. Duvet size: single 200 x 150, double 200 x 250. The expense not included in the price is the accommodation tax of €1 per night for those over 13 years of age.
