It can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people and has an area of about 130 square meters. The ground floor has two entrances: one leads directly into the cozy and equipped kitchen with a dining area, the other opens onto a large hallway connected to a living area (from which you can access the upper floor) equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. Also on the ground floor is the double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine floor there is a bedroom with two single beds , accessed from a large hallway. Of course, also on the ground floor there is a full bathroom equipped with a shower. The house is also equipped with an excellent gas heating system and two wood-burning stoves for the winter and two air conditioners and two fans for the hot seasons. Outside, adjacent to the kitchen, there is a large porch that will allow you to have a well-shaded and sheltered area for your outdoor lunches and dinners. The house is surrounded by a large park of about 15,000 square meters, within which there is also Casa Nicolò (about 70 square meters), with whose occupants you will share the parking lot and the playground. Each house is then equipped with its own outdoor spaces (a porch and a barbecue corner) where you can rest, have lunch, and dinner in total tranquility and privacy. The outdoor spaces available for each family are in fact completely separate so privacy is absolutely guaranteed The beautifully tree-lined land entirely available to the occupants: "Casa Nicolò" and "Casa Raffaello", will surprise you for their beauty, for the care of every functional and aesthetic detail and for the tranquility and peace that surrounds them. The style is that of the typical Mediterranean country homes: rustic and refined at the same time. Both are equipped with every comfort to make your vacation a real vacation: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and any other accessories you could want to live comfortably both in the house and in the garden. The land that surrounds them, tree-lined with beautiful olive trees, fake peppers, palm trees, vines and lemons, offers the unique opportunity to live surrounded by nature. You will find bicycles in the house: if you don't want to use the car, just make arrangements. We will help you with basic needs such as shopping. There are no easily and conveniently accessible connections. The water is not drinkable; the house is equipped with a water cooling system. Only flush toilet paper down the toilet: no wet wipes, no tampons, no pads, and no makeup remover wipes. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE! The house has been furnished with very personal criteria and tastes by me, and I also personally built and painted several pieces of furniture, as well as many boards that I painted in order to furnish it. I love to recycle and recover wood that I find almost everywhere, even on the beach. Just as I love to paint on stones. Waste must be collected in a strictly separate way in the appropriate containers in the house , and then removed before departure .
