House that accommodates 30 people. The space It is a large house spread over two floors. It is about 800 meters from the center of the village, with paved access. The chalet is on a private estate. The villa is surrounded by large patios, with landscaped areas and areas with natural grass. This house is one of the houses of the Complejo Rural El Mesón group This villa and the property are for the exclusive use of guests and do not share anything with other guests. The total capacity of the house is 30 people. It has a barbecue with a wood-burning oven, with a lot of capacity to serve large groups. (Firewood not included) We have two seasonal pools, one with salt water and one with chlorinated fresh water. There are two large porches with terrace tables and chairs for all the guests in the house. There are two electronic targets, basketball baskets, badminton net, indoor soccer goal. Several hiking and BBT bike trails leave from the house. There is private parking for guests. The layout of the house is as follows: Ground floor: - Room number 1 with two 90 cm twin beds. - Room number 2 with a 150 cm double bed. - Room number 3 with a 135 cm double bed. - Very large living room with 4 double sofa beds (there is a screen for more privacy at bedtime), dining table, wood stove, LCD TV, direct exit to the patio and pool, next to the kitchen. - Kitchenette open to the living room (guests usually use the kitchen on the first floor). It is fully equipped with kitchenware for all guests. - 2 large bathrooms with shower (one is in the room area and the other is in the pool area, next to the house). They have shower towels, a sink, and toilet paper included for all guests. First floor: - Room number 4 with two 90 cm single beds and two single sofa beds. - Room number 5 with two 90 cm single beds and a single sofa bed. - Room number 6 with a 150 cm double bed. - Room number 7 with a 150 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed. - Very large living room with 2 double sofa beds, dining tables, wood stove, LCD TV, direct exit to the patio and pool, next to the kitchen. - 3 large bathrooms with shower located next to the bedrooms. They have shower towels, a sink, and toilet paper included for all guests. - Very large American kitchen open to the living room. It is fully equipped with kitchenware for all guests, a large refrigerator (there are three refrigerators in total throughout the house), induction ceramic hob, dishwasher (products included), electric oven, microwave, toaster, blender, etc. Cleaning products included. From the kitchen you can go out to a terrace overlooking the courtyard and the mountain. Both floors are at street level, so there are no external stairs. The house is ideal for large groups, families, business meetings. We understand that your trip is to disconnect and enjoy but you have to comply with civic behavior with the neighbors throughout the stay. Guest access The whole house is rented If you rent the entire house, you have access to the entire house without restrictions, that is, you can use the kitchen, living rooms, pool and gardens. Other things to note Any type of event can be held in our homes, but before booking, you should check the conditions. It is strictly forbidden to make a fuss and play music from 12 midnight until 8 am. This does not mean that you cannot be all night chatting or partying, but respecting the neighbors' rest. The rest of the day you can play moderate music, as our houses are in a valley, and you can hear everything. We want the coexistence between tenants and the environment to be as healthy as possible. Deposit: A deposit of €500 must be paid upon delivery of the keys, which will be returned by bank transfer 48 hours after departure, if the house has been left in similar conditions as it was delivered.
