This is a mountain town; houses are crooked and streets are narrow, but that’s what gives it its charm. Pets are allowed with a $20.00 pet fee, this will be charged after booking. The space Welcome to our old home! This is not an investment property, we live in the house and are making renovations with the money we earn via AirBnB. Owning an old home, especially one built before electricity and plumbing, is not for the faint of heart! As you can see, we try to keep the cost of staying here as affordable as possible. We want to offer an affordable place for all travelers. However, this makes our renovation process go a little slower. We have an ever growing list on our to-do list and hope you stay with us multiple times to enjoy seeing the progress! Guest access Guests have shared access to the kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is also a small yard next to the house for you to use. During your stay We live on-site at the house, however we are hardly home or stay on the third floor away from guests. Both of our businesses keep us away from the home and all over the Black Hills. Unless we do not have cell reception, we will respond ASAP. Other things to note The the main floor is being renovated. I try not to work on it when guests are here, but I may have some stuff out.
