Little quiet authentic renovated gem in Morvan

Small cosy and completely renovated house for two with bedroom and bathroom downstairs and living with kitchen upstairs. The house is just 25 min from the highway A6 and on the border of a village and with a few steps you are in the forrest. Lake Saint Agnan is just 15 min, Vezelay 30 min. The house is situated next to the main building, but with it own entrance and terrace, so with plenty privacy. In the village there is a epicerie with bread, bar and restaurant. Next village has more shops. The space In 2020/2021 we have completely stripped and renovated this small house to be a gite. With nice walls 'en pierre' and an old fire place we have brought atmosphere in this house of 40 m2. The living consists of kitchen with oven, fridge, two pits and all the necessary equipment. There is a table with chairs, comfy couch and vintage fireplace (wood is provided). Downstairs you have a double bed (160x200 cm) a walk in shower, toilet and space to put your stuff. Downstairs is nice and cool as it is build against the hill. So perfect for a good night rest. Downstairs and upstairs have electric heating. All linnen (bed, bath, kitchen) is provided. It is possible for us to put a baby bed and baby chair in the house. Bicycles and motorcycles can be stored in the covered shed. Bicycles are not permitted inside the cottage. Overnight charging of your electric car is available upon request for a fee (0.30 kWh). Use of the washing machine (€5, including detergent) is available upon request. The little house is cleaned after you stay (mandatory). The costs are being paid through airbnb. Pets We accept a maximum of 2 dogs. We do not accept cats. Please consult with us if you want to bring other pets. Dogs are not allowed to stay unsupervised in the gite. Dogs are only allowed upstairs and not downstairs in the bedroom. The sofa is also off limits for the dog. Our garden is fenced completely and, of course, not an outlet area. But if something goes wrong, the droppings must of course be cleaned up. Please note that your dog must be vaccinated against rabies in France. Guest access Parking is just outside the gate, just a few steps and stairs from the front door. Other things to note Before arrival you will get access to an information folder with information about the house (of course) and the surroundings. We are also easily accessible by e-mail or telephone.
