The Villas No.4 (Direct Beach Access)

An "On the Beach" upstairs 4 bedroom Villa recently renovated with amazing 180 degree Sea views from the large private patio. Great sea views from Lounge, Kitchen, Dining and Main Bedroom areas too. Direct access to the beach from the complex. Beach is semi Private, and mostly accessed by the residents of the on beach complexes along the stretch. Rock pools to the left and right, and at low tide, a great swimming area right in front. Inverter installed for basics, in the event of loadshedding The space Amazing 180 degree sea views with the sound of the waves 24hours a day. Chakas Rock is a quieter part of the Salt Rock wider beach stretch, whilst in easy walking distance to the 2 Tidal pools and Salt Rock Main Beach itself. Unit sleeps a family of up to 10. Please note, the bed and bedroom layout does not accommodate more than 6-8 adults with 2-4 children. This is due to the 2 top bunkers not being suitable for adults. Guest access Access to a Communal Swimming Pool in the complex and direct access to the Beach Other things to note No stairs in the Villa itself, however a few stairs to enter the Villa from your private undercover parking infront of the villa, and then of course up and down to the beach or swimming pool.
