Milibarn Homestead is set on a beautiful 120 rural acre property located on the boundary of Somerset, Lockyer Valley and Ipswich Shires with the local community of Marburg /Rosewood only 10min drive respectively. The space The house is split into a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house and a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom annex/granny flat which share a wrap around verandah. The space is perfect for multiple families. If you would like to only utilise the 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house then please contact me as we would be happy to offer this at a negotiated price. Includes modern appliances, wood fire place, air-conditioning/ heating, massive deck overlooking mountains in a secluded position, with a private entry and undercover parking. Please note we only have space for 5 vehicles on the property. Guest access Walking and horse riding tracks around the property. Other things to note We have strict house rules such as no parties or loud noise after 10pm. We ask for a full name of guests and do not allow additional people on the property, other than those approved to stay. We have air conditioning in the main bedroom, both living areas and also ceiling fans in each bedroom.
