The property is located in a secluded neighborhood on a wooded lot. It can comfortably house 8 guests, with 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds, 3 couches, and inflatable beds. Guest access 6 Kayaks & Paddles, 2 Charcoal Grills, 1 Propane Gas, Frisbees, Inflatables, Toys, etc. Other things to note Cell phone reception is limited in the house, however can usually be achieved if you walk onto the beach. The house phone should only be used in case of emergency. Internet service can be slow or intermittent at times, but averages over 1.5MB/s. All of the beaches in the neighborhood are private, however people & pets are allowed to transit across them freely.
