The space The house has two large bedrooms, two private bathrooms, a kitchen to share and a magnificent outdoor terrace where you can relax, have breakfast, sunbathe or organize a dinner directly outdoors shared with other guests. Giacomo, the owner, living next to the property, is available and happy to meet your needs to favor you a pleasant and unforgettable stay. Guest access Guests can access the equipped kitchen (in common for the two rooms), and the magnificent terrace of over 50 square meters, where there are sun loungers, a rocking chair, an outdoor shower, and a lot of green. During your stay I, Giacomo, I manage a bar in the gulf of barats, so I will be happy to wait for you during your vacation in Bagno Baratti. Other things to note All guests of CivicoNovantatre will be offered an aperitif at Bagno Baratti, (owner managed) in the Gulf of Baratti. Baratti is about 10 km from the center of San Vincenzo.
