Sea view house with garden

Rustic and cozy independent house, with an enchanting view of the sea and breathtaking sunrises. It has a garden where you can eat under the pergola, it is surrounded by the greenery of a private plot of land, a few minutes from the beach and 300 meters from the village of Noli. It has a kitchen on a large veranda, a large open-plan mezzanine with 4 beds. Perfect even out of season for those who want to work remotely in peace with the sea in front. National Identification Code (CIN): IT009042C2SU256GI9 The space The Peluffo house has a large open space with a table and television, a double sofa bed and a loft with 2 single beds; a spacious and bright all-glass veranda with a kitchen; the bathroom, brand new, has a shower and washing machine. The house is quite cool in summer, however it is equipped with a ceiling fan, hot/cold air conditioning and also a wood-burning stove for winter evenings. Newly renovated windows with double glazing. In the large garden, the pergola offers summer shade for eating outside, sunbeds and deckchairs for relaxing while looking at the sea. We do not have a private parking space, there is a public parking lot nearby, along the state road. We can offer a camping bed for children and high chair. The house is exposed to the east, with enchanting sunrises on the sea. In the summer the sun goes behind the mountain in the afternoon, in the winter the house has sunny in the morning. Extra charges: tourist tax in the months from April to October and cleaning. We are happy to host dogs, kindly asking that they do not climb on beds and sofas. Linens can be provided upon request. Wi-Fi included. We warn that in 2024 the Hilton bathrooms, in high season, had decided to do a nightclub outdoors on some days of the week. It was felt from the house in the distance, but guests said it didn't create a nuisance. In 2025, the place was closed. We don't know what they'll decide to do in 2026. Guest access The house has a sea view, located within a terraced Ligurian property, all fenced in its external perimeter, with two Tibetan goats (Thelma and Louise) that spend their time grazing around the countryside. You will have the garden on the floor of the house, further fenced for your convenience if you have dogs. From the main road, a gate leads to the property and the house on foot via a short climb (about 10 meters), and a short staircase (about 15 steps). The nearest free public parking is along the Aurelia state road. To access the beach in front of the house that you see in the photos, you cross the Aurelia state road that passes near the property and walk for about 200 meters. We have an agreement with nearby beaches. The village can be reached in a few minutes on foot and there you will find other beaches, the historic center, shops and restaurants and a small supermarket. In Noli, you forget about the car!! Dogs are welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the home. Other things to note In front of the house, across Via Aurelia and a few minutes’ walk away, there are two beaches, Bagni Mediterranee and Bagni Nirvana. Equipped in summer, free in the winter. Very comfortable for windsurfers and other water sports. Nearby, a beach allowed for dogs. A 300-meter walk to the village of Noli, an ancient maritime republic located in the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy", with beaches, bars, typical restaurants and shops. The village boasts an intact medieval old town and one of the most beautiful and cleanest sea in Liguria (blue flag for many years). The fishermen, another feature of the place, offer their catch of the day at the fish market on the seafront promenade. Noli is perfect for those who love the sea and sport fishing but also offers possibilities in every season of sailing or wind-surfing, a famous rock gym in Capo Noli for climbing, and beautiful hiking or mountain biking in its magnificent hinterland overlooking the sea.
