Below are a few simple house rules to help ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay: 1. Bring your ID and booking confirmation – The guard on duty will request these each time you enter the building. 2. Smoking/Vaping – Not allowed inside the unit. You may smoke on the balcony only if the door and windows are fully closed. 3. No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages in common areas. Admin enforces strict rules and fines for violations. 4. Registered guests only – For everyone’s safety and security, only registered guests are allowed inside the building. 5. Be mindful of noise – Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing other residents. 6. Practice CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) – Keep the space tidy for your comfort and the next guests. 7. Turn off all lights and appliances before leaving the unit. 8. No hanging of laundry on the balcony – This is strictly prohibited. Any fines imposed by the Admin will be charged to guests. 9. Dispose of rubbish properly – Please take your trash to the designated garbage room. 10. Report any damages – Let the host know right away if something inside the unit is broken or not working properly. Guest access Day and overnight parking are available for a fee in SMDC Light Mall and are not part of the accommodation. Pool fee is Php 150 per person on a regular day; Php 300 per person on a public holiday. Pools are open from 6 am to 10 pm Other things to note Please allow us at least 2 days prior to check-in date to submit the requirements to SMDC Admin. Presentation of valid id is also required.
