Our beautiful two bedroom garden flat has just been renovated with polished floorboards, freshly painted throughout, brand new white kitchen, brand newly renovated bathroom (need to update pics once reno completed) new carpet in the bedrooms and a stunning wooden breakfast bar and open plan living area with a dining room and direct access to garden and BBQ. Sleeps 4 or 5 (using a camp bed for the 5th). The space Our beautiful two bedroom garden flat has just been renovated with polished floorboards, freshly painted throughout, brand new kitchen, brand new bathroom, new carpet in the bedrooms and a stunning wooden breakfast bar and open plan living area. The flat has two bedrooms made up of one king bed, a double bed, and a single camp bed. We have direct access to the garden from the flat where there is a private BBQ and washing lines and a beautiful garden. We are located opposite the gorgeous Cooper Park and are 7 minutes walk from Bondi Junction Westfield. It is a 15 minute walk to the famous Bondi Beach. We have all mod cons - Foxtel, 52" plasma TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen. There is direct access to the garden from the flat where you will find washing lines, a private BBQ and table and chairs and outdoor toys and a landscaped garden. The flat will suit an older couple or young family. We are a gorgeous 15 minute walk to Bondi Beach and a 7 minute walk to Bondi Westfield. We are 2 minutes walk to Bellevue Hill shops where you will find a green grocer, bottle shop, coffee shop, pasta pantry, convenience store, dry cleaners, hairdressers, gym and butcher. There is unlimited off street parking. There is a bus stop right outside our flat to Bondi Beach, the City and Bondi Junction where you can catch buses or trains to anywhere in Sydney. Guest access You can access all areas of the flat including the garden and BBQ and table setting. Other things to note House Rules: Make yourself at home but please take care of it as if it were your own. Help yourself to food in the cupboard but please replace whatever you use. No smoking inside. Please respect our neighbours and keep the noise down outside after 10pm - especially if outside having BBQs. Please note that in the unlikely event of a police report or complaint being received regarding disruptive guest behavior, the deposit bond will be forfeited. Please leave the house well maintained throughout your stay and take the garbage to the bins. All instructions for TV and Internet will be left on premises and contact numbers if you need any further information. As this is a family residence area - this house would suit peaceful occupants.
