Water Hill Gem - So Convenient!

Lovely 3 bed 2 bath 1890's Water Hill home that is wonderfully situated! Walking distance to downtown shops and the Saturday Farmer's Market. The parks/trails/canoe livery are just a 10 minute walk as well. Just a short bike or bus-ride to campus. We are under 2 miles to The Big House. The owners work in Ann Arbor and live 30 min away in Chelsea and are available if needed. Enjoy all that Ann Arbor has to offer. You won't regret it! The space We have a 1-car drive way for parking and ample street parking out front. We also have a partially finished basement with a queen bed if needed. Guest access The entire house is available for rent. Other things to note There are cats and a dog that live in the house, but will not be around during rental periods.
