There is 2 night minimum through 2024. There are air conditioners in the bedroom windows and a portable unit in the living room. Towels, linens, soap, shampoo, wifi, tv, deck, grill, yard w/ swing set & kid's clubhouse - 1st & 2nd Beaches are nearby - Newport Center: 7 min by car. Groups of Unrelated Individuals: 22 & Older Only. NO EXCEPTIONS! Capacity: 6 adults with room for family sprawl (1-3 kids under 7) The space An inviting and comfortable Cape Cod with a large living room and deck, between Easton's (1st) and Sachuest (2nd) Beaches. It is a 7 minute ride to downtown Newport. The kitchen and deck are ready for cooking with a dishwasher for quick cleanup. Linens, blankets, towels and soaps are provided. Wi Fi and a smart TV are provided. There is an outdoor "swimsuit" shower, kid's clubhouse, swing set and garden in the large back yard. Off- street parking is available for those in your rental group. Town code prohibits on street parking . There are 2 bathrooms. The one on the second floor in the bedroom area has a tub and shower. The second bathroom is on the finished basement level and features a 4' by 9' glass enclosed shower with tile bench. Bring a friend! This room is also easily accessible from the yard. The laundry room is also on this lower level. 113 Center Avenue is a place where renters have enjoyed gathering for over 17 years. In Season Nightly Rentals: 2 night minimum with holiday/special event exceptions. Off Season Nightly Rentals: 2 night minimum. 113 Center Avenue is a great value for a party of 6. And there is additional room a couple of kids age 7 and under. There is a 25% rate reduction for weekly rentals. Monthly rates may be available from January through mid-April. Please contact me. Other things to note Out of respect for guests with various allergenic conditions, pets are not allowed in the house or on the deck at 113 Center Ave. Please: No smoking indoors. Someone having difficulty climbing steps may require a rental with a bathroom on the first floor. This became an issue once in 15 years though the renter knew ahead, accepted the condition, and stayed for a month. Occasionally 113 Center is the location of a rehearsal dinner party or a small reunion.
