Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning. All the terraces of the house have views of the golf course. Downstairs is the kitchen, living-dining room, a half bathroom, a built-in closet, and a patio-porch. The kitchen is separate and has a refrigerator-freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic stovetop, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and all the necessary kitchenware. Sleeps 6. TV. The patio-porch has garden furniture. On the first floor is the master bedroom suite, with 1 double bed and a large built-in closet. The bedroom has its own full bathroom. It also has a furnished terrace. On this same floor, there is another bedroom with 2 single beds and a large built-in closet. There is also another full bathroom with shower. The second floor is a spacious attic room with 2 single beds and a closet. It also has a furnished terrace. This house also has 2 underground parking spaces, although it is quite easy to park on the street, very close to the entrance. 🏊‍♂️ Pool only open in season: approximately mid-June to September. If you are going to book during the month of June, please ask us before booking if it will be open during your stay. This is because there are days during the month of June when the pool is not open.
