This is a spacious lower level in law suite with a private kitchen, bathroom, and family room complete with smart tv, xbox one, and a fireplace! Enjoy fishing on the self sustained private bass pond, or relax on the hammock and watch the plethora of birds (especially cardinals) entertain your sight with their beautiful colors. Enjoy the herb and vegetable gardens when in season. This is a beautiful 2 acre property that will truly provide you with the peace and tranquility you deserve. The space We have a property you can enjoy year round! From fishing in the pond, to swinging from a variety of tree swings about the property, to sledding on the hill, or reading your favorite book in the hammock you'll always have something to do. This is a peaceful place to escape the city and ground yourself for a few days, it is truly a rejuvenating experience. If you want to bring your fur babies; there is a fenced in yard for your furry friends, or you're welcome to take them for a walk around the pond, or to play fetch in the yard. A queen blow up mattress is available upon request. Additional pet fees apply. NO CATS Guest access Guest have their own private entrance into the apartment. Other things to note There is a no smoking policy on the property. Pet fees are $15 per pet, per day. NO CATS Only guests that are included on the reservation are allowed on the property. We have free range chickens. If you let us know when you're arriving we can make sure they are in the coop before you arrive.
