Sea view villa with pool-tennis

Villa completely renovated in charming hamlet on the hills overlooking the sea and the golf course of Valcros, comfortably equipped, and facing the outside with its garden and 3 large terraces including 1 around the private pool (in operation approximately from March to October) and 1 in the shaded garden. The space Current and friendly decor, with a living room totally open to the terrace sea view thanks to its fully retractable glass window. Life with family or friends will be facilitated by the 2 bathrooms, the separate toilet, the 4/5 bedrooms (5 including 1 semi-open mezzanine) and the large American kitchen overlooking the pool and its large beach in exotic wood. The house is ideal for 8 people even though it can accommodate more people with its 12 beds. You will enjoy your meals outside thanks to the dining area facing the sea (2 large tables with extender) and its outdoor garden furniture for convivial aperitifs. The large bar table and small indoor table will allow you to eat indoors out of season. In general, the photos fairly accurately illustrate the house, even if permanent improvements, change of decor and adaptations are regularly undertaken. Guest access The villa is fully accessible and you will be 100% at home during the holidays (minimum 7 nights). You will be greeted on arrival/departure for the key handover and check-in/out (explanations on the general functioning of the house, condition of the premises and inventory), except for last-minute unforeseen events (masterlock). The accommodation is located in the heart of a small block of houses, access is via a staircase (and therefore not accessible to people with reduced mobility). Late arrivals after 8 p.m. (or 6 p.m. depending on the time of year) are not possible. Other things to note The residence is equipped with 2 free tennis courts, as well as a 2nd communal pool within the subdivision, ideal for teenagers. The house is provided with some basic products to start the stay (salt-pepper, oil, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher). All you have to do is remember to bring your sheets and towels. And if you have forgotten them, there are solutions to save the situation (linen rental company with a small additional cost by notifying at least 7 days before). This is a family home at your disposal, not a hotel or serviced residence and associated services.
