Between the Atlantic Ocean and Bassin d'Arcachon, our house is simple and comfortable. Surf, kite surf, golf, horse riding (5mn from home), jet ski, sailing, bicycle, all outdoor activities you'd like are close to the house. Bordeaux and it's great wines is 1 hour by car. The space 5 bedrooms, 4 queen size beds (160 cm x200 cm), 2 single beds (90X200 cm). **Sheets and towels in option** 2 bathrooms, separated WC. Kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meal, (dishwasher, oven, micro-waves oven, nespresso machine, coffee maker, and dishes for more than 10 persons). Large covered terrace with barbecue, table for a wonderful meal outside. Guest access You have access to the whole house, you can park 2 or 3 cars in the driveway. Other things to note **Warning !! Absolutely no noisy parties !!** *Sheets and towels in addition* The ocean is 5 mn by car, 10 mn by bicycle, as we are right between ocean and basin it will be the time to go to the cutest little beaches of Arcachon basin.
