Treat yourself to a relaxing weekend. Our attic, overlooking the valley, has been recently renovated and is located in a quiet area on the edge of the woods in the Gran Paradiso National Park. Ideal for summer and winter vacations, including hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, and trekking. A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it. The space Tastefully furnished and cared for in every detail, the apartment consists of a living room entrance into a LOUNGE with smart TV and sofa, KITCHEN, BATHROOM with shower and washing machine, a set of towels per person and a change for stays longer than three nights; the master BEDROOM, a second BEDROOM with 2 single beds and a sofa bed on request, with weekly linen change. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including various appliances, a refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher with detergent and a coffee machine. To cool off on warmer days, the rooms are equipped with fans. I forgot the Wi-Fi, free for all guests in the house. For the little ones: crib, high chair and baby bath (access for only one baby). Finally, the GARDEN, which we share with our guests, equipped with a gazebo, table, chairs, sunbed and barbecue. We have created a relaxation area for ourselves with a Finnish tub in the garden and a mini-spa with sauna and sunbeds. We're happy for our guests to use all of this, but with a separate contribution. The PARKING for the car is private and under the apartment, and there is the possibility of a storage room for bicycles. The entire property is sanitized with ozone. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests' use and is sanitized with ozone. The garden and mini-spa are shared with our family. Other things to note It's an attic located on the third floor of our house. So to access it there are several flights of stairs.
