Spacious and stylish 2 storey mansion flat & garden sleeps up to 8 people. A stone’s throw from the beach, this lovely home & garden is a rare find, not to be missed. The property has unlimited fast Wi-Fi, fresh linen, toiletries, towels, essentials, teas & coffees. The location is quiet yet full of amazing cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops, beach and parks all on your doorstep. We’ll help create the perfect stay for you to relax in comfort and style. Strictly no pets or parties allowed. The space We hope you will enjoy staying in our lovely family home. Here's some information about our place: LAYOUT: The property has been renovated to high design standard and boasts a large private landscaped garden. There are three spacious bedrooms with high ceilings, feature periods and marble fire places. Bedroom 1: King size bed with 50” TV and view overlooking our private garden Bedroom 2: King size bed, sofa bed, travel cot (optional) Bedroom 3: King size bed (or also can be set up as 2 twin single beds) There are 2 showers, 1 claw foot bath and 3 toilets. KITCHEN & LOUNGE: The contemporary kitchen is fitted with double ovens, large dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer. Dishwasher tablets and cleaning products can be found under the sink. We love to cook and our kitchen is well equipped, you're welcome to use our utensils but please wash them up and leave the house as you find it. Chopping boards are available, so please no cutting directly on the wooden work surfaces as they will easily scratch. The modern open plan living room is equipped with stereo, Alexa Echo, large TV (chromecast, Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney +), DVD player, PS4, large corner sofa, extendable dinning table & chairs as well as a large breakfast bar & stools. GARDEN: Our private garden is equipped with a 4 person hot tub, fire pit, wood fired Pizza oven, BBQ, deck chairs and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing. Please ensure all furniture and equipment are put away after use, especially in bad weather. We like to keep good relations with our neighbours, so please respect this and keep noise to a minimum inside & outside our home. No smoking or vaping indoors, but you can smoke in the back garden using the ashtray provide. SAFETY FIRST: Although the neighbourhood is secure, please ensure that all doors and windows are locked shut at night and when leaving the property. We have the following on site safety features: Smoke detector, Carbon monoxide detector, First aid kit (bathroom), Safety card, 2 Fire extinguishers (kitchen). WIFI: Free high speed connection throughout the house. CHILDREN: We are a family friendly home. Our children are a little bit older now, so we no longer have stair-gates, high chairs and cupboard safety locks. We'll be happy to provide a travel cot for guests travelling with a baby, however you will need to bring your own baby bath, high chair, plastic dinnerware, etc. PETS: Sorry no pets allowed. We have 2 lovely cats who normally live with us, but will be at the cattery during your stay. PARKING: You can park on our street using the parking meters, alternatively we can organise parking permits for you at £7.50 per day, which allows you to park anywhere in the neighbourhood (zone N). ART: We love to create and collect Art, please let us if you would like to purchase a piece to take home with you. There is a price list inside our welcome pack folder or online at Charlie Doodle. YOGA: Yoga lessons available on demand, please contact us in advance so we can book a yoga teacher for you. CATERING: We can organise vegan catering for you, please let us know in advance if you would like a cake made for a special occasion or a delicious meal freshly prepared by Viva los Vegan. Cooking lessons also available on site. COMFORT: We have a basket full of cosy slippers & plenty of blankets for your comfort, please help yourself and remove any dirty shoes before walking on the rugs and carpets. If temperatures are low, you will be able to control the gas central heating from a thermostat in the corridor. For energy efficiency reasons, please ensure the heating system is turned off before leaving the house. RESTRICTIONS: Strictly NO parties, no glitter or confetti, no smoking / vaping in the house, no loud music, no hen /stag dos. We have very good relations with our neighbours and wish to keep it that way, thank you. RECYCLING: We like to recycle as the environment is very important to us. multiple communal bins for recycling and rubbish can easily be found on our street. Guest access Guests will be given access code to the key safe, situated in the main shed.
