An apartment located in the center of town and next to the Día supermarket, 20 minutes from Avila and 10 minutes from the Burguillo reservoir, a charming place surrounded by mountains and fabulous cuisine, with many activities to do... hiking, canoeing, horseback riding... very close to the Iruelas Valley nature reserve and the nature museum. Very bright apartment, it has all the equipment to make a stay as comfortable as possible with newly acquired furniture. The space The apartment is private so you can fully enjoy it. All the furniture is new. We have tried to take care of the details to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house is located in a privileged area with very good views, next to the town square and the Dia supermarket, a variety of restaurants in the area and surrounded by nature and hiking trails. lospisitosdelbarraco consists of two totally different houses located on the same property with two different types of decoration. They can be rented separately or both for large groups or family reunions. Guest access The house has all the water, electricity and gas services, and has access from the pedestrian street to the house's entrance. Other things to note The area is very quiet with beautiful views and everything you need within walking distance.
