The apartment is on second floor without a lift and consists of two bedrooms with comfortable double beds. The windows have secondary glazing insuring a quiet nights sleep and the bedrooms are located at the back away from the street nightlife. There is also a spacious sitting area with a sofa, coffee table and big TV with access to NETFLIX and free WIFI. The kitchen is well equipped with oven and hob, fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and dinning table with four chairs. Bathroom offers a shower over bath, sink and toilet. If you don’t feel like staying in to cook there is a wide array of modern and traditional bars, bistros and restaurants close by. Cockburn Street is well-known for its lively, varied character. This narrow, cobbled thoroughfare curves steeply up the hill between Waverley Station and the Royal Mile, and is home to an impressive array of eclectic shops and cosy bars and eateries. Throughout the year it is a popular destination for locals shopping for unique fashion and giftware, or seeking to enjoy the street's medieval charm alongside a hearty meal and relaxed drink.
