Ground floor; here we have a small terrace with furniture, a full bathroom with shower NEXT to the entrance of the house, and already inside, a perfectly equipped and newly renovated dining kitchen. 2. First floor: Here we have a small room with a 1.30 m double bed which communicates directly with a dressing room. 3. Second floor; it appears on one side a room with a 1.35 m double bed and full closet, and on the other a very bright living room equipped with smart tv and a desk to work, which in turn communicates through a door and an interior window with the gallery where in addition to a beautiful window, we have a small toilet at one of the ends. 4. Boardilla; it is accessed by folding staircase from the living room and it is a room with two single beds of 80cm. Other things to note Keep in mind that the house despite being renovated is a typical old sea house Llastrina, with its peculiarities such as the steep stairs and the full bathroom on the terrace, a stone's throw from the entrance of the house.
