We keep much of the original structure so old history and culture could blend with the new, which is creating a raw authentic place with a lot of stories to tell. /The Anonymous family The space The Chiangmai Loft – A Touch of Northern Thai Tradition in the Heart of Bangkok The Chiangmai Loft is decorated with particular attention to the tradition and culture of Northern Thailand. From the moment you enter, you are greeted by Buddhist flags hanging from the double atrium, while a serene Buddha statue watches over you to the right. The loft is spacious, featuring a four-poster bed and a welcoming sofa. The separate bathroom and toilet make it convenient for groups traveling together. But above all, this is a place of calm, tradition, and the comfort of home—all just minutes away from the center of Bangkok. The unit is 50 sqm with a large window facing the street. It is located on the ground floor, providing easy access without the need to climb stairs. However, please note that the unit is not currently soundproof. Because of this, we have listed the unit at a heavily discounted price. There is one comfortable king-size bed with four high-quality pillows—both soft and firm—to ensure maximum comfort. A sofa bed, which sleeps two, will be prepared for bookings of three or four guests. NOTE: Noise from passing traffic and other guests entering or exiting through the entrance door can be heard throughout the day. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the ideal room for you. Daily housekeeping is provided, with bed linens and towels changed every 5th day. The unique townhouse is structured like a boutique hotel, with one room per floor. When you book this listing, you have the entire floor—bedroom and bathroom—entirely to yourself. Located just a 1-minute walk from Silom Road and Central Silom. Guest access You’ll have your own private unit, along with access to shared spaces such as the laundry room and common areas. Please note: detergent and fabric softener are not provided, so kindly bring your own. You’re also welcome to leave your luggage in the common area for a few hours after check-out or before check-in, for your convenience. Other things to note • Pets: Dogs are allowed, but we kindly ask that they do not bark excessively to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. An additional pet fee will apply. • Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00 Check-out: 11:00 AM If you wish to check in after 22:00, a late check-in fee of 500 Baht will be applied. • Cooking: Please note that cooking is not allowed in the unit. • Extra Guests & Bedding: For each additional guest or extra bed, there is a charge of 200 Baht per person per night.
