Domestic-International Mumbai Airport are 10 mins drive from the house. Neighbourhood is quiet,serene and perfect to de-stress. An afternoon nap is worth it. It is situated on the ground floor, has its own private entrance. Its a cozy space but may not suit business meets. The space << Things You Should Know >> The apartment is in a stand-alone G+3 storey building and the apartment is situated on the Ground floor facing the quiet lane. Once booked, the entire 1BHK will be available for the guests (max 2). Additional guest will be charged extra. Kindly check the listing description in detail. Since it’s a No Frill apartment at an affordable cost, amenities are basic. We are offering a good Jio WiFi of 2GB/ per day limit. 🎯🎯MANDATORY REQUIRMENT:- 🎯 Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and building premises too. 🎯An authorised Medical Declaration/Report a day prior of checking date stating that you/your co-occupant are Covid19 Negative and are okay to stay in the premises. 🎯 Provide your govt approved photo I’d (with address mentioned) prior to check-in. 🎯 WiFi (Wireless Internet)- 2GB per day FREE to use. It’s quite good to surf online, Facebooking, Whatsapping and for short video conferencing calls. 🎯 TV is not there in the premises. Fab India Store is best known for ethnic & semi-ethnic Indian wear (Kurtas, Pyjamas, Sarees etc...). >> Fine Dining Restaurants (Non-Veg/Veg) like Gazalee (known for Goan/Maharashtrian style fish preparation) is situated nearby. The living room unit has some artifacts, board games & my personal books (non-fiction/fiction) and request you to take care of the same. You are free to use the board games & books for your reading purpose.
