Visit us in very well equiped apartments in Banjole! We are situated few houndred metres from the sea and few kilometres from the beautiful park of nature Kamenjak. Warm welcome and hopitality is guarateed in our house. This app is the only one in the house that have sea view from the sofa bed in the leaving room;) The space Visit us and stay in our very good equipped apts. in Banjole; 8km from Pula! We are situated 300m from the sea and very close to the beautiful National Park Kamenjak. Our goal is to provide you with a home away from home. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and back yard ideal for barbecues and sports like badminton, volleyball and trampoline. Guests have access to secure parking and unlimited internet access. The apartments are 300m from the beach and 500m from the grocery store. A family restaurant is within walking distance. The villa is placed in a peaceful part of the town and it is family friendly. The big garden has many facilities for children’s amusement such as trampoline, swings, etc. Adults can enjoy outside barbecue and a cold drink in the shadow of mediterranean trees. Although ideal for peace seeking people, more active guests have a wide spectrum of activities available in the area including hiking, diving, cycling, tenis etc. We reply promptly to all inquiries and are happy to provide our guests with information about local attractions and events during their stay in Banjole. We speak English and Italian. Banjole is a small fishing and tourist village on the southern part of peninsula Istria, 8 km from Pula. Banjole provides enjoyment of nature and a perfect holiday in all seasons, with its unspoiled nature, numerous coves and bays, clear sea and mediterranean vegetation such as holm oaks and pine forests. Although Banjole is a small town, it still has beautiful and renown restaurants, some small shops, and a large grocery store, all within walking distance. Guest access We have a nice barbeque in the garden that can use all guests. This is the perfect place to relax and watching the kids playing in the garden where they can find swings, the wooden house and other things.;) Other things to note We expect our guests to respect the evening silence . It's important to us that the air conditioner is not working when the guests are not in the apartment . We take 200 EUR as a deposit in case of something happens, or we give beck the full amounts the last day of the staying when we check that is all right. Air conditioning costs extra 3 EUR/ day in summer time, and 5 EUR/day in winter time). Also we extra charge every pet 5 EUR/day.
