Our family home is located just 1km from what is known as the town of Javea Port and its beaches. The views look south to the bay of Javea. The space The house has 280m2 in two levels and the plot is 1000m2, with parking. In almost every room you can enjoy the views and the peace of living in the countryside. One side of the property borders a protected pine forest. In Javea there are mainly pebble beaches starting at 1km from our house and ending at 3km at the Arenal Sandbeach close to the Parador de Javea. The pool is 2.5 meters deep and its longer sides are 10m and 6m. The house is renovated every year while maintaining its simple style of mountain home. The property is not fenced nor the pool. It has always been a busy house with children, but it is important to know that you have to be careful with your children. You will have two sets of keys. Other things to note This property is only rented in the summer season. Therefore there is no heating.
