Southwest NH rustic updated farmhouse 200 acres

Old farmhouse built in 1800s on 200 acre old dairy farm (non working). Most of the house recently updated. On conservation land/working Christmas tree farm. Great hiking, sledding, XC& alpine skiing (close by). Large lake public beach 2 miles away. Dog friendly. WiFi /Direct TV/Fire Stx Keene, NH & Brattleboro, VT 15 minutes away. Mt Snow 36miles /Stratton 45miles. place has been in my family since the 1940s/ on old dirt road/ private/secluded getaway close to town(s)/minutes from RT 91 The space This house was built a long time ago. If you're looking for a fancy place this is not for you. In the winter months there is no heat upstairs. Guest access Access to all of the house. The 2 bedrooms and dining room are all updated while the rest of the house is very livable. The shed room and garage are well worn and a little dirty due to the fact we keep wood in the garage . There is an old dilapidated barn behind the large pine trees that is off limits. Also a silo behind that barn that we would ask folks to not climb on. there is one room in the house marked private that we keep all our stuff in. You have the ability to open it for emergencies but would prefer that it not be used as an entrance
