Listing Details: My apartment is located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, near the Grand Palace Khao San Road. You can take a boat to visit all the attractions of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok. It's on the 30th floor, the view from the window is great, the night view is amazing. The SKY POOL also overlooks the Parliament building under construction. Brand new and beautifully decorated, 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, clean and comfortable. Equipped with a 1.5*2.0 double bed to ensure the most comfortable sleep during your trip. I can speak basic Thai and Chinese, please feel free to contact me if you need anything. The space The 40th floor sky infinity pool overlooks the Chao Phraya River and Bangkok night view. Most of the apartments are owned by locals. Be sure to wear a nice swimsuit to the SKY POOL for a photo, as the sunset view from 17:30-18:30 is amazing. A lot of Thai internet celebrities come to our pool to take pictures. It is a truly popular pool (see Xiaohongshu and TikTok). The SKY POOL and gym on the 40th floor require fingerprint scanning, with facial recognition, and need to be used after registering with the property. Guest access Sky double infinity pool, 6th floor massage pool and family pool, sky gym (overlooking the Chao Phraya River), sky lounge (with Wi-Fi), pool room, golf room, children's room, yoga room, sky garden, free parking, shared workspace, meeting room, large TV room (many Thai channels). Public WIFI is available in the lobby, 6th, 40th, 41st floors and the club house. Note: SKY POOL and gym on the 40th floor require fingerprint scanning, with facial recognition, and need to be used after registration with the property. If you want to invite friends to swim and work out, you need a visitor card. Visitor cards are valid for the day. You must inform me a day in advance, and I will be ready. Because the property is open from 9:00 to 19:00. 1 bedroom is limited to 4 guest cards per month. Free parking is available at the apartment, and parking cards and parking stickers are available. Deposit 1000 baht, loss will be charged accordingly. Please take off your shoes when entering the house and place your shoes on the balcony. 4. Please smoke on the small balcony in the kitchen. Pay attention to ventilation.
