Brand new apartment right next to the sea suitable for 4 persons with a beautifull big terrace, grill,mediterranean garden, free private parking and view on the sea. There is also a restaurant next door. Hope you like it! The space The apartment has 60 m2 divided in 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. There is also a big terrace with wooden table, chairs, swing, parasols, (200 m2) and garden in front with a grill available for use. Guest access Guest have access to everything in the apartment. Other things to note I own a restaurant right next door to the apartment so we can arrange meals if needed. In the restaurant you can eat seafood, fish, meat and local specialties!I also have a speedboat so we can arrange drives along the coast to nearby beaches and panorama city!
