The space This beautiful, first floor apartment features a large bedroom, living room with sleeper sofa, office and dining area, a well-appointed kitchen with new dishwasher, a new energy efficient washer and dryer, and air conditioning. The apartment is part of our three-unit multi-family home. Kettle Cove and Crescent Beach State Parks are a one minute walk from the house. Guest access The apartment has its own entry with keypad deadbolt. You have exclusive access to a back patio with bench, patio cafe table, and four wrought-iron chairs. Other things to note The apartment is attached to our main house and sits below an apartment upstairs. Guests may hear some footsteps from above as well as other normal household sounds. On foggy nights, guests may also hear fog horns from one of our nearby lighthouses.
