A bright and cozy apartment located in a quiet area, very close to Alcalá Street, which is one of the most commercial streets in Madrid, and very close to the emblematic La Ventas bullring, with a bus stop at the same door that takes you to the city center in 15 minutes and with a metro stop in just 5 minutes. A very nice neighborhood with all kinds of shops and services, supermarkets, parks, etc. Cleaning is for sheets and towels. The space The house consists of: Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, both mattresses are in good condition and their visco-elastic pillows are brand new for optimal rest. A fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The living room features a brand new chaise longue and a 65-inch TV to make your home moments perfect. Other things to note The area is quiet and with quiet neighbors, so parties and smoking in the house are forbidden. Thank you. The cleaning fee of 20 euros is for cleaning sheets and towels, not for cleaning all the trash left in the house. I'm making this very clear because there's a lot of filth.
