There is the option of a single bed mattress to accommodate additional guests or kids. Also available is a travel cot . Room also has a ceiling fan for those hot summer nights Our home boasts a newly renovated kitchen with caesarstone benchtop . This flows onto a covered sun deck. The living space has a relaxed feel with brand new timber floors, gas fireplace, a large lounge with chaise, 50" flat screen TV, foxtel TV amd streaming services and WiFi The sun deck is perfect for that morning coffee and breakfasts. Drying rack provided and washing machine accessible through our main house upon request. Cleaner comes through fortnightly Ample Street parking available Guest access The entire front upstairs is for your use and has private entrance up the front stairs. Myself, my husband and our 3 children live at the rear of the house and our main living is downstairs at the back. While we like to think our kids are pretty well behaved I cannot promise you won’t have an inquisitive 4 year old trying to say hello!
