No Illegal Activities:** - Engaging in any illegal activities on the property is strictly forbidden. We expect all guests to adhere to local laws and regulations during their stay. Any violation may result in immediate eviction and legal action. **4. No Unregistered Guests:** - For the safety and security of everyone, only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional guests, and they must be registered with us before entering the property. In no case can more guests than the maximum number of guests be allowed regardless if they are sleeping over. **5. No Pets Unless Authorized:** - Pets are generally not allowed unless explicitly authorized by the host. If you wish to bring a pet, please contact us in advance for approval. Please note that there is a non-refundable fee of $235 for authorized pets to cover the additional cleaning required. **6. Wide sidewalks connect the house to area parks, Grocery stores, restaurants, school sporting facilities and pharmacies. You can walk, bike or ride to most area attractions. **7. Enough soap and toiletries are supplied for 1-2 days. If longer stays please plan to visit one of the many local stores for supplies. **8. Clean the grill if you used it before you leave.
