To help ensure a great experience for you and future guests, please take a moment to review our house guidelines: ⸻ 1. Quiet Hours We love our peaceful neighborhood and ask that all guests help keep it that way. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during this time to respect our neighbors and other guests. ⸻ 2. No Smoking This is a strictly non-smoking property—this includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and all other smoking devices (legal or illegal). Smoking anywhere on the premises will result in a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee and immediate removal from the property. ⸻ 3. No Illegal Activity We have zero tolerance for illegal activities of any kind. All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any violations may result in immediate eviction and, if necessary, legal action. ⸻ 4. Registered Guests Only For safety, security, and insurance reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you’re expecting visitors, please contact us in advance for approval and registration. At no time may the number of people exceed the maximum allowed for the property—whether staying overnight or visiting. ⸻ 5. No Pets (Unless Pre-Approved) Pets are not allowed unless you receive prior written approval from us. If approved, there is a non-refundable $300 pet cleaning fee per pet to cover the extra cleaning required. ⸻ 6. Local Convenience Our home is connected by wide sidewalks leading to nearby parks, grocery stores, restaurants, school sports facilities, and pharmacies. Walking, biking, or a short drive will get you to most local attractions. ⸻ 7. Starter Toiletries We provide enough soap, paper products, and toiletries for the first 1–2 days of your stay. For longer visits, please plan to visit one of the many nearby stores to stock up as needed. ⸻ 8. Outdoor Grill If you use the grill during your stay, we kindly ask that you clean it before you leave. ⸻ We want you to have a fantastic stay.
