Ahhhh! is the typical response upon entering this beautiful and spacious suite. Decorated in muted tones and natural textures, you will immediately feel calm and relaxed. Located in the heart of downtown Wausau, it's a quick walk to restaurants, shopping, museums and the Grand Theater. Granite Peak Ski Resort is a short ten minute drive away. All in all, this suite promises to offer a "Wausome" experience that you won't forget anytime soon. All the amenities are provided for you, including a kingsize bed, luxury linens, bathrobes, Keurig coffee machine and gourmet coffee, refrigerator, microwave, as well as drinks and snacks. Relax and enjoy cable television or stream your favorite apps. There is also a dedicated work space in the suite, and the free wi-fi signal is fast. No need to keep up with keys, as access to the suite is managed with a keypad on the door. Your comfort and security are priority to me, and there is an additional keypad to access the floor where this suite is located. You will be given all the codes and instructions for entry prior to your arrival. Check-in and check-out is contactless; however, I am available if you need me for any issue at all or just want to say hello. Check-in and check-out is contactless, but I am always a phone call or text away during the hours of 6 am to 10:30 pm. This suite is located on Third Street, the Main Street in historic downtown Wausau. There are numerous shops, restaurants, bookstore, services, hair salons, art galleries, grocery store, riverwalk and antiques all within walking distance of just a couple of blocks. Our first class medical facilities and hospitals are less than 10 minutes away. Granite Peak Ski Resort is a quick ten minute drive. The bus line runs right in front of the building. Uber and taxi service are also available in town. This apartment is one of nine suites located on the second floor of a commercial building in historic downtown and there is no elevator. Overnight parking is not allowed on the street during the hours from 2am to 6 am, however, I provide free overnight parking in a private lot a half a block away from the apartment. Stop by my lounge, Venado, located in the main floor of the building. Enjoy a glass of good wine or spirits and have a light meal. Or just come by to say hello!
