# Private villa/house This place have 1 bungalow room surrounded by koi ponds (40cm deep) and separated from the main building, semi outdoor kitchen, comfortable backyard, the whole area has good sun access with large glass and suround by secure fence Location right in front of the punclut tourist area (cafes & restaurants dago bakery, boda barn, sarae hills, sudut pandang, and so many more) # we are pets allow here 🙂, max up to 3 small pets or 2 medium-large pets (well trained) The space this villa was a complete house with 2 rooms + 1 single bed in the middle of the house, 1 toilet, semi outdor full kitchen, patio, and parking area max up to 2 cars. This villa has a semi outdoor design and surrounded by a secure fences. #Detail villa toilet : 3 towel, shower gel, hand soap, hot shower, toilet paper. kitchen : stove + gas, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, drinking water bottle + pureit machine , portable stuff + grill pan, pestle, knife + saucer, Teflon, pan, cutlery and drinking utensils, coffee, sugar, salt. cleaning tools : washing machine, broom, mop, dish soap, detergent additional : 1 roll bed (free) Guest access parking area : - fit up to 2 small - medium cars like mobilio, xpander, livina, hrv etc. - big cars like fortuner, crv, cx5 only fit 1+ 1 small car like honda brio - super low modified cars can't enter the villa - The access road in front of the villa can be seen in photo 18 Other things to note - free maintenance/cleaning if stay more then 1 nights - drunk and drugs are strictly prohibited - Can't party, play loud music especially at night. - not allowed to park the car outside the house gate - we have dark curtains in all room - AC in Bungalau room - Request for a date change, 5 days before check-in time - The road in front of the villa is slightly sloping but easy to access, as can be seen in photo 18
