Swimming lakes, waterski and wakeboarding facilities and outdoor pool less than 10 km away. Near to the Allgäu Alps, the Swabian Alb and to Augsburg, Ulm or Munich. The space Our 86 sq m holiday apartment has its own entrance. There is plenty of space in the bedroom with a double bed and a possible simple extra bed. The cozy living room with exit to the balcony can be converted into a second bedroom if required. The "old-fashion"- bathroom has been improved with a barrier-free walk-in shower at the beginning of 2023. Families with children will love the two sinks and the spacious bathtub. There is also a separate guest toilet and a small storage room with all cleaning utensils. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher plus washing machine. Board games, building blocks, painting accessories, books and CDs ensure that you don't get bored even in bad weather. TV is WiFi-enabled. Free WiFi throughout the apartment! The highlight of this apartment is the large south-facing balcony with seating and lounging options, with a wonderful view over the valley. Guest access The entire building has two holiday apartments, its own entrance and is only occupied by guests. If desired, there is a barbecue in the garden. Indoor and outdoor toys are available. Bicycles can be rented. Free parking in the carport. Other things to note Smokers are welcome to enjoy a cigarette on the balcony or at the covered entrance door. For large families or those traveling with friends, we recommend booking our second apartment in the basement at the same time. Both apartments can accommodate a maximum of 9 people. We are also happy to welcome fitters and business travelers, especially in the low season.
