Stay in a simple and reasonably priced but comfortable condo in Mandaue. Not too far from the hustle and bustle of the center of Cebu but not in the middle of all the activities. Perfect for backpackers, couples, and those who just need a space to rest and sleep. All-in rates--no need to pay for cleaning or electricity! Prepaid wifi can be purchased. We can buy for you, if so requested. We also do not provide utensils or any other drinking wares except for a couple of mugs, an electric kettle, and a rice cooker for you to use. The studio is also located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator service. If you have problems climbing up and down stairs, this may be a challenge for you. The studio is also located a few minutes and meters away from the main road. You'll have to walk for a couple of minutes or so. However, you can use the Grab app to book a taxi/car and they should be able to pick you up from outside the building. There's only one bed. We can provide extra sleeping mats, if requested at no extra cost. Guest access You'll have the entire studio to yourself. Other things to note We have lots of storage space, cable TV, electric kettle, etc. No smoking inside the studio, please. But you may smoke at the balcony. Since we do not provide an ashtray, please feel free to improvize with fire safety and the like in mind. Please do not disturb neighbors with excessive noise.
