Sofa bed. Quiet, Safe, Clean

Longtime Airbnb host, lots of references! Comfortable sofa bed in private living room. Fast, stable Wifi. Located between airport (15 min) and city center (14 min) direct connection every 9 minutes. Walking distance to Hallenstadion, Oerlikon, Irchel. The space You will sleep on a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people (200 x 140 cm) in the private living room of my apartment. In case of 3 or more people I will provide an additional comfortable air mattress (not on the picture) for one or two people. The bed linen is washed and clean. The room has fast and stable wireless internet and enough power plugs. See pictures for more details. Since I have some of my stuff in this room I might need to access it shortly during your stay. Of course I will make sure not to disturb you in any way. It is not possible to lock the room. Of course the appartment and the house are locked when no one is at home. Other than this living room, the kitchen and the bath room there are two additional rooms in the apartment, one of them is my bedroom. The other bedroom is also on Airbnb. It is therefore possible that there will be other Airbnb guests in other rooms during your stay. Guest access You are welcome to move around in the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. If you wish to cook, a fully furnished kitchen is available (bring your own food, clean up after use). The washing machine with dryer can also be used free of charge. During your stay Right after your booking you will receive from me an email with all the contact information. One week before your arrival I will send you another email with detailed directions to my place, information about transport, places to go and visit in Zurich as well as some lesser known facts about Zurich and Switzerland. Since I am working full time and doing sports it may be that we do not see each other extensively. I usually go to bed between 10 and 11 pm and get up at around 5 to 6 am (weekend is different). I expect you to contact me before and during your stay if you have questions, even if we don't see each other. I can be reached any time via email or chat. When I am at home I am very curious to know more about my guests, your travels and maybe your lives. In return I can support you with lots of information about tours in Zurich and Switzerland or tell you about the daily life in Switzerland. Other things to note Since Airbnb is only a hobby of mine I cannot always be reached all the time. I therefore expect you to find the way to my place by yourself with the directions I have given you. I am happy to answer any questions you might have in advance but the reply might take 24 hours or more.
