Lovely country house

Our home is for guests who love country living, outdoor life, and the simple life. It’s a 140 sqm independent building, completely surrounded by a dense forest. There are no houses nearby and no traffic noise. It’s ideal for lovers of nature, peace and quiet. Privacy is granted by the garden and by the oaks and tall pines that surrounded the house. The space The house is located in Valdarno, in front of the Chianti hills, between Florence and Arezzo, is only half an hour from Siena. Due to its location, is an excellent starting point to visit the most famous tourist destinations in the region and in central Italy. Excellent solution for those wanting a quiet holiday in a truly unspoilt nature and very suggestive, and at the same time want to enjoy all that a unique Italian holiday can offer. Just a few minutes: riding, tennis, swimming pool, and beautiful walks. The house, comfortable and well equipped, consists of a kitchen, a living room with fireplace, and three bedrooms: "Olivo" room with double bed and a cot, "Rosemary" room with double bed and a single bed, "Lavender" room with two single beds, There is one very large bathroom with toilet, bidet, washbasin and bath. All beds have wooden slats and comfortable mattresses and all bedrooms are very large. In the attic there is a small bathroom with toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is well furnished: gas hob, oven and dishwasher, Italian coffee machine, American coffee maker and kettle. The house is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a fresh and large basement with dining table and football table. We have a high chair for babies. Guest access You can enjoy with the whole freedom of outdoor spaces, 2000 sqm garden with pergola and outdoor furniture: barbecue outside, parking at the house, ping pong table Other things to note The house can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday. If you are interested in different periods, please make a request: we will try to accommodate you. In the winter and colder months of the year (October - April) it can be necessary to use the gas independent heating, entirely managed by the guests who can adjust the desired temperature. This is an extra cost when necessary. We have a gas meter. I take a photo of the reading on arrival and another on departure to calculate the consumption. The consumption of methane gas will be paid by guests at a cost of €2.5 m3. We ask guests to show documents for communications to public security authorities.
