Pretty and typical small apartment in center of Bordeaux . It is completely renovated. It is located on a small square in the historic, cosmopolitan and lively district of Saint Michel. You are close to the train station and street St Catherine ( 5 min ). I propose in addition the rental of a secure parking space near the studio in the same area (less than 5 minutes by car and 12 minutes walk from the apartment).You will have the Netflix channel for free. The space Renovated studio 23 m2 ideally situated for exploring our beautiful city of Bordeaux on foot. Of great comfort with contemporary quality decor, is located on the ground floor of a beautiful stone building of the 18th century. At the heart of cosmopolitan and artistic district of Saint Michel, overlooking a beautiful little place and in the summer it can sometimes be lively. You are very close to the Basilica of Saint Michel, walking the banks of the Garonne, the Ste Catherine Street and the tram. This typical Bordeaux studio offers a high ceiling, beautiful arched windows, beautiful stone walls without forgetting its metal beams. Cozy and very functional, comprising: • a main room consists of: - living space: a TV, sofa 3 places convertible into a real double bed, coffee table, dining table and various storage. - Kitchenette: true modern kitchen with fridge / freezer, induction hob, combination microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes, ... • 5 m2 mezzanine converted into a bedroom (height 1 meter) with access via a miller's ladder: double bed 140 cm and various storage. • bathroom of 5 m2: toilet, shower, sink, towel dryer, hair dryer, washer dryer, ... • Internet with wifi. The linen is provided and housekeeping is mandatory. You will soon feel at home in this cozy studio can accommodate 2,3 or 4 persons. It will perfectly fit for your tourist stay, professional or student. I also live in the neighborhood and I will be at your disposal throughout your stay if needed. If you come by car, I offer the rental of a closed and secure outdoor parking place within 5 minutes drive and less than 12 minutes walk from the apartment. Please consult me for rates (10 € per night, fixed price for long period,...) As a reminder, parking is paid in all Bordeaux and places are rare. In general, the arrival time is scheduled from 14H and departure before 12am. If these times are not suitable, thank you to inform me in advance. Sometimes, according to my constraints, I'd get them to change the time. The minimum is 2 nights, whatever the time of year. Guest access To come to the apartment, several options are available: 1) From Saint Jean train station: 5 minutes by tram line C direction "Krakow" and then stop at the station "Saint Michel" and 3 min walk to the studio. 3) From the Airport: You have the taxi or shuttle JetBus every 45min which stops at the Saint Jean train station, and 5 minutes by tram line C direction "Krakow" or direction "Parc des Expositions " or line D direction "Mairie du Bouscat" and then stop at the "Saint Michel station "and 3 min walk to the studio. 2) Since the car ring road: on the ring road take the A631 towards "Bordeaux Centre", then follow for 5-10 minutes (depending on traffic) before reaching the docks in the street where the studio is located. I also offer the rental of a closed and secure outdoor parking space within 5 minutes by car and less than 12 minutes walk from the apartment. Please consult me for rates (10 € per night, fixed price for long period,...)). Or you have the car parks "Les Salinières" ( since summer, it is closed) or "Victor Hugo" with a higher rate. When your car is parked, You do not need it anymore because you will be in the heart of Bordeaux and is within walking distance to museums, monuments and many bars / restaurants Bordeaux Center. Other things to note Arrival time is scheduled from 14H and departure before 12am . If these times are not good for you, thank you for telling me .
