The space Immaculately clean and holding up to 8 guests, plus 2 young children on air beds, our property is a truly huge flat with modern facilities, but decorated tastefully to complement the buildings Victorian age. We are fully accredited to latest utility standards with electrical conditioning reports, pat testing for appliances and alarms and Gas safety servicing ( are other apartments ?? ). Coming with a sauna for guests to enjoy, this property can comfortably host families, groups, work colleagues, couples, with equal comfort. Two of the rooms have king beds. the other two rooms have superking beds which can be broken down into singles, giving a maximum total of 6 individual beds for 8 guests, should you choose the separated option. We can also provide an extra double air bed for children taking bed space up to 9 /10 on request. The master bedroom is very large at over 40 square metres and hosts a king bed with en-suite. The other bedrooms are large bedrooms with either king or superking beds. The living room is the same large scale as the master bedroom and incorporates the seating area as well as dining table for 8 persons. The large Kitchen has dining facilities, american style freezer, nespresso coffee pod machine, washer dryer and a full complement of cooking utensils, crockery and has non stick heavy duty pans as well as stock and soup pans for cooking. A gas hob and electric oven, microwave oven, slow cooker, toaster, george foreman grill are also in place. In terms of space, we also have a large storage area for luggage / baby changing facilities. The apartment is very large and lends itself to holiday groups, family gatherings, get-togethers, reunions, and work colleagues staying in Glasgow. You won't bump into each other moving around our apartment. We get a lot of wedding parties staying due to the space available for hairdressers, makeup artists and on the day extras such as bridesmaids. Guest access Guests have complete access to the full property including Kitchen, living areas, sauna and the bedrooms which are booked as part of the reservation. We live next door so are usually on hand to welcome guests.
