SKI IN AND SKI OUT from the back deck (snow dependent)!! Notice the amount of comfortable seating for NINE PEOPLE around the TV that many other places are without. At the end of a long ski day having a comfortable place for everyone to sit is what most Chalets are missing. Enjoy our family’s beautiful renovated GROUND FLOOR chalet with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 6 Beds conveniently located next to the Blue Mountain Inn. Blue Mountain Village is a 7 minute walk away. Location, Location, Location The space Guests have full use of the chalet. We have a large sunken living room with pull-out sofa (double size) and futon (double size), wood burning fireplace (bags of firewood available on site $10/bag, please use only supplied firewood) and large Smart TV with cable & Netflix. The family room also has a wet bar under which you will find an assortment of board games. Our kitchen has stone counter tops and appliances and is equipped with the essentials including fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. Full set of pots and pans, plates/bowls/utensils/mugs/glasses, toaster, coffee maker (will do both regular ground coffee in a pot or will also take k-cups for single cup brewing). There are some plastic children’s cups/plates/bowls also (our children are young) and a booster seat if you need one. Natural gas BBQ and BBQ tools. Our families basic kitchen cooking/baking essentials like salt/pepper, sugar, flour, oil, etc. are left behind for your cooking/baking convenience but we kindly ask that you replace if you use the last of any item. A washer and dryer are on-site for those booked longer stays. There is a ski locker located just outside the front door for you to store all of your equipment. The upper bedroom has a king bed. The lower bedroom has a queen bed and a set of single bunks. All bed mattresses are covered with zippered mattress protection. Please do not remove this protective cover from the beds. Additionally each mattress has a fitted waterproof cover, a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a duvet blanket/top sheet or coverlets. For the pullout sofa and futon, linens can be found in the linen cupboard beside the downstairs bathroom. To close, the sofa bed needs to be stripped of all linens except the protective cover(s). A bath towel and face cloth is supplied for each guest. Bathrooms have bath mats and hand towels for guest use. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs with Netflix. Please let us know if you have any specific needs and we can let you know exactly what we are able to provide. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the condo when you book it. Numeric code access allows you to check-in at your convenience (no waiting around!), and to share the code with other guests who may arrive before you. Unlimited WiFi, Netflix, and BBQ. Other things to note There is one parking space labelled #123 in the upper parking lot closest to the unit. Other spaces in that lot are reserved for the other unit owners. Please do not park in those spaces. You will collect 2 parking passes when you arrive. The second vehicle, if you have one, can park in a visitors parking space with the pass. Please ensure that passes are visible at all times when parked in our lots. Please also guarantee the passes are returned when you are departing. Failure to return parking passes will result in a $50 replacement fee. You will also collect 2 electronic door entry fobs upon arrival. Please ensure these are also returned on departure. Unreturned fobs are subject to a $50 replacement fee. Should you require more parking spaces, there is parking at the Blue Mountain Resort parking lot adjacent to the Chateau Ridge property.
