Guest access In the property there is also fully equipped shared kitchen with dinning area. Parking. Like every city center there is a struggle for parking. There are free street options and paid street options to park. Unfortunately, at the time you can need parking they surely are in very high demand. That's why we managed to provide for your safety and comfort private parking (10EUR/day fee, reservation needed, secure your parking place on time). Bikers are welcome and we can provide them parking in gated courtyard for free. Other things to note One of the few totally renovated elite old buildings in Pula. Find the outside and inside building pictures. Building refurbishment took place in 2016, but San Martino Rooms are done in 2018. Find the elegant experience of the 1920s italian elite architecture. Rooms with private bathrooms are very well equipped for your comfort: safe deposit box, huge (42") smart TV, super fast free wifi, refrigerator, electric kettle, choice of coffees and teas... In refrigerator you'll find a big bottle of water and a bottle of local quality wine! Beds and cushions are very comfortable and ergonomic. Cooling and heating: rooms are air-conditioned and there are heated floors in bathrooms.
