Saldanha Avenida is a cozy and quality apartment that has been totally renovated this year in order to prepare the 4 rooms and all the common areas to welcome our Guests with all the best confort. From here you'll be able to enjoy all the best Lisboa has to offer! Come and stay with us - you're always welcome! I've been a proud Airbnb host for several years and have very good reviews. The space Beautiful and cozy apartment that was totally recently renovated and has 4 rooms: 2 rooms with private bathroom, plus 2 rooms which share a third large bathroom. Included in the price are the common expenses, Wi-fi internet throughout the apartment, cleaning service of all common areas two times a week and also of the rooms once a week. Rooms are confortably furnished with good beds and guests are supplied with bath towels and bed linens. Guest access All the rooms have access to Wi-Fi, to a private workspace in the room with a comfortable desk and chair, to a beautiful living room with TV, a sofa and a dining area, and a completely equiped kitchen with all equipments: tableware, fridges, freezer, storage spaces, recycling bins, dishwasher, clothes washer and a clothes rail. During your stay During your stay I will always be at your disposal, and if not me, someone of my team will be happy to help you in anyway we can. Other things to note BEFORE CHECKIN It is mandatory that all guests and people staying at the house submit their identification before check-in or at the time of check-in: - full name, - date of birth, - nationality, - ID or passport number, - country of residence. CHECK-IN HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE But there is no reception at the apartment so please you must send us in advance the details and time of your arrival. Although we have an automatic check in system, with and inteligent lock, opened by an app we'll send you, we need to know the details in advance, to prepare everything for your arrival and in case you need any help.
